Easy run in Forest Park did include 3 hills, then hit the Boosters cafe in U City for coffee and lunch. Nice place, 90% WU students.

Level 9 - eased to 18 minutes due to lapse in recent training.

Treadmill 18:00 [2]

18 minutes at 2% and 8:40 pace was a 'bit challenging'. Feel great 2 hours later..
