Cycling 1:10:00 [2]

To Soulard for frutis & veg, to dwontown to see All Star Game preps, to home. Very humid.

Stair step 28:00 [3]

Hadn't gone to 28 minutes recently - felt better than expected.

Machines 20:00 [3]

8 machines - most at or near 'normal' weights - back and body feeling pretty good again!

Running 24:00 [2]

Pleasant run in FP - before summer H&H return! Ran hills, then paused.

Orienteering race 21:23 [3]

After initial run, ran FP #1 sprint from a month ago (I skipped then due to sore lower back). Nice course. For 2nd run of day, maintained pace a bit better than expected.

1-2: Forced to go left - reseeding field.
7-8: Using unmapped trail was a bit strange - end of trail, relocated, and crossed stream again on rocks.

Left compass at home - turned map only once, after first 'on rocks' stream crossing. Hesitated.

Planned ahead quite well - first chose impossible red line route 2-3 - caught it at second glance, still on way to 2.

From home to Arch and north on Riverfront trail. Turned around at 52 minutes when 2 turkeys crossed path - little one was also in grass. Back to TG Park in time to catch Compton Heights Band with Didu. Great day for a ride!

8*6 set - good rhythm.

Cycling 1:35:00 [2]

To Y, then to FP zoo & home with Fran. 75 in STL in July - wow!
