Orienteering 1:45:00 [2] ****

Nearly 2 hours of walking and jogging. Very technical morraine terrain in WI - wow! Oops, forgot the Technu (bought at Walgreen's later) and the insect repellent for mosquitoes and deer flies.

Swimming 6:00 [1]

Two very quick dips in Lake Michigan at Sheboygan - wow it was cold, though sun and beach were very warm.

Cut two lawns and filled 1.5 dumpsters with limbs, saplings, and large weeds. Hot out there!

Off to WI and MI tomorrow - whew!

FB - 28 minutes - hadn't done this in a while

Machines 15:00 [2]

6 machines - easihg back into it - back better.

Walking 21:00 [2]

On treadmill at about 4.3 and 9% climb - felt that walking was easier on back than running.

Next 3 days will be 14 hrs each at FVCC subbing, but also coming in early to car-pool with Fran - ugh.
