Running 1:57 [3]
Hadn't tried running intevals on Y track (19 laps/mile) for a long time. Instead of 6 sets, I chose to try only 2 sets of 3 laps. I reduced target from 57 to 60s. Hit 60s and 57s (with 2-3 walking laps in between) - better than I'd hoped for!
(For reference, a 57s pace is almost exactly a 6:00/mile pace.)
