Cycling 1:20:00 [2]

Bike to Forest Park, Soulard, and home. Back nmproving but still to sore to run two sprints at FP - I'll run both later in summer.

Swimming 24:00 [2]

Punishment for too much sitting during spring, lower back muscle acted up after Y workout a couple days ago. Better each day, swimming seemed most feasible. 6*6 sets - back did loosen up a bit.

Cycling 30:00 [2]

To and from Y with pleasant lunch stop at Hartford Cafe.

FB at 8 - kept to 20 minutes to do intervals later and still have energy.

8 machines at Y. No tweaks in right arm - biking
Sunday seems to have helped it.?!?!

With exercise, left leg feels stronger.

Running 1:57 [3]

Hadn't tried running intevals on Y track (19 laps/mile) for a long time. Instead of 6 sets, I chose to try only 2 sets of 3 laps. I reduced target from 57 to 60s. Hit 60s and 57s (with 2-3 walking laps in between) - better than I'd hoped for!
(For reference, a 57s pace is almost exactly a 6:00/mile pace.)

Back from Iowa trip - 10 days & time overdue to cut grass again. By dusk, temp had dropped to 80. Ah, summer in STL - but high of 68 predicted for Wednesday!

Cycling 3:00:00 [2]

Rode to Landsdowne & River Des Peres with Fran to join Beth and Stacy on ride to Mississippi and south STL - then return - beautiful 'freedom' day (all school & ARML tasks done - for now).
