Stair step 20:00 [3]

stair-step at Y. FB at 8 is a good work-out - tough 5-6 minutes in the middle.

Treadmill 27:00 [2]

'climb' set at max 7.0 and 2.5%. 2.95 miles. Felt a bit sluggish tody, but kept HR above 140 for much of time.

Machines 16:00 [3]

7 machines - always feels good.

8 machines at Y - I needed that!

Running 29:00 [3]

27+2 cool-down. TB at 7/2% max. 2.9 miles with a bit of climb. I hadn't tried "trail-blazer" before. I liked it; will up max just a bit next time. I'd prefered just a bit less cool down time 'on the clusk'.

6x6 routine - felt pretty good
