Between class, after dark walk on trails and around ponds on campus - iin 25 years, I'd never done it after dark - felt good. Ready for Calc I now!

32 lengths, more crawl than breast stroke.

On Monday, with no specific cause, I seemed to pull a muscle in ribcage - lower right back. Sitting was okay, but then standing up was very painful. Certain slight movements of left arm or torso caused painful contractions. Muscle relaxer and painkiller helped a bit. Very painful on TH and FR, so did very little on Saturday - recliner was best position.

Still some pain with swimming (especially when breathing) but felt much better after swim and steam room - we shall see :).
