First, 2.5 hours hard work at Compton.

To Wachovia to give Dave some maps. Then to the River - it IS high! Street signs on Lenore K Sullivan Drive ust above water. Down to Soulard, a beer at Shanti's, and home against wind. Hot and windy.

Note

Left leg seems to be improving strength.
Lower back seems 'pretty good' now.
Not logging 'lawn work' but hope to get to Y this evening.

9 machines. No pains. Left leg still weak but feeling better.

Stair step 20:00 [4]

Level 10 - cut back to 20 minutes. Good workout.

6x6 lengths - crawl and breast
