Level 10 - Middle 8 minutes is a real challenge.

8 machines - felt good

Running 6:40 [4]

New set:
4 sets of 5 laps at 20 sec pace (19 lap track at Y).
Hit goal of 100 sec only 4th time; but averaged 20.05.

(Previously ran 5-6 sets of 3 laps at 19s pace.)

Walking 30:00 [1]

Between intervals, cool-down, plus lots of walking around REI with 30 pounds in back-pack bout a Gregory.

Reran Forest Park Sprint #2 from last July.

Felt sluggish. 40s faster than original time; 50s slower than August rerun time.
