Cool, cloudly, windy day in Forest Park. Short run before venture to movies: The Band's Visit. Pleasant movie about Egyptian band's trip to Israel. About loneliness - not politics.

Strong 66 minute run/course with Anna (after 1/2 way, I 'let her go'). she was staying in map contact very well at a steady pace - I was pleased to stay close.
Very friendly, aggressive dog with injured paw followed us for 20 minutes until distracted by group of horses and riders. He really wanted to come home with us, 'trying' all 4 seats of the Camry :).
