Running 19:00 [4]

6*3 laps on indoor Y track; 19.1 pace (6 min/mile). 2 laps walk between.
Hard to break 19; hadn't done intervals in quite a while.

timing is everything.

8 am - pick up newspaper - sunny, no wind, 30 degrees - much better than expected. No excuse for not running.

8:30 - read paper, got ready, found gloves, start - sunny, wind picking up a bit.

8:35 - getting cloudy, ominous to N and W.

8:40 - snow squall hits - strong wind out of NW - nasty running

8:58 - finish run - still windy and snowing.

9:15 - sunny again, covering of snow on grass.
