Orienteering 13:07 [4]

Reran TG sprint #1. Same route choices, except correct punch at #2. Full stop, then two deep breaths at each controlto simulate punching.

40 s faster. Estimate 10+ sec saved at #2. Rest was being smoother.

Hamstrong a bit tight and achy today.

Easy run in FP. First run after hamstrong strain - felt nothing.

Hot, humid, felt sluggish. Haven't run much lately. Long rest at Korean War memorial. Last 15 minutes felt smoother.
