Sunny and 50 degrees - easy run in Forest Park felt real good.

Felt really good to get back to Y

Orienteering long 4:05:00 [3]

Possum Trot. (Even AP didn't believe I spent 245 minutes = 4+ hours on course - it converted it to 2:45 (I wish!) )

Ice, length, and climb made it a VERY long day. Low temp (15-20) was no problem. Early error on #3, then did pretty well. Wore out physically after 3 hours; mentally after 3.5 hours (bombs on #27,28,29,30 :( Rough bearing and drift was all I had left)

Potatoes and chili at end were great!
