Orienteering race 1:28:40 [4]
Sunny and warm with wide-open woods. Huge turnout: youths and adventure racers.
Long and physical Green course (6.8K, >4% climb). Clean run except for two 1-2 minute bobbles. Hard to maintain pace due to length, footing, and fitness level. Likely best time on Green (Eric, Dave, Rudy, and Mark all on longer Red).
Good run on great fall day. Looking forward to Turkey O' at S-F Scout Ranch 2 weeks from now.
