Ran 7 longish legs at Hawn. Hung tapes for Rudy.
Good to be on a 1:10000 map. Planned and executed routes with confidence - much better than last week.

Rough time estimate. Shadowed on alternate controls with Rudy. Spent lots of time discussing planning routes, aiming off, and using attack points. (He didn't know about fast-setting thumb compasses - will buy one ASAP!)
For lack of recent running, pace and endurance felt good. Down to 175 pounds helps.
