Ride with Fran halfway to Chain of Rocks

Complete ride to Chain of Rocks across to Canal. Return to Laclede's Landing and then home. Nice day for a ride. Pushed hard for 5-8 miles.

Walk at 4.6 at 10%; then run 5 minutes flat at 7:30 pace - nice combninaton

Easy rrun in FP, felt sluggish until near end. Pleasantly warm, but humid. Coast Guard trainees were going on 'treasure hunt' with clues and GPS.

Good salmon chowder at Kayak's.

At least I ran on a workday:)

Orienteering 39:23 [3]

Rudy's course at Carondelet. Added feature of 'find 6 controls by verbal description' definitely added challenge to urban park venue. It was hard to maintain focus and flow while wondering where next control 'might' be. Nice job Rudy. 30+ ROTC from Arkansas and Mississippi showed up and had a good time!

To Forest Park, two laps around, and home through Dogtown and Hill - fun and pleasant weather.
