Got out along the river and was able to do 4 x a mile at tempo pace. Hit 6.30's although the ground is quite uneven so not conducive to a smooth run.

This went well but I avoided steep hills as my legs were still very tired on these. Generally running ok and I got into a nice rhythm at the end.
Lower quads have deep fatigue but all in a good way.

Decided to enjoy this rather than 110 miles over Exmoor. Felt ok and finished brilliantly working with 3 ladies over the flats with a nice tail wind.
