Longest ride yet and I stayed with the club for the first 40 miles but then went solo at my own pace. 70-90 miles were torcher getting to the 2nd feed and I smashed as much food down as possible. 10 miles later the energy kicked in and I was able to stay with a few groups.

I went solo so that I could sit on the back of the right groups. Felt good to the 2nd feed at 70 miles but then proceeded to work like an idiot to stay with a group to get the protection of the head wind. I should have let them go a lot earlier and picked up the next one. The last 10 miles were a grind.
