I was basically running on one leg today so I don't know how I pulled that performance out of the bag. I wasn't sure before I started if I would be able to finish as I couldn't run properly to the start.
Went off very easy but the big hill to #2 certainly raised the HR.
I concentrated to get the good lines and didn't drop anything of significance.
Any slope with some mud on it made me work the glutes very hard to compensate and I can feel them now.
Seeing Milly tomorrow night as my quad feels like a ski jump where the muscle should be.
