8 x 200 on 3.30.
Alternated with the bouy throughout the session so half was fs.

The rest of the session was with a bouy.

2 x 50 with only 1 breath at the 25m point.
Then 400m catch up as I wasn't going to do the kick set.

Arms tired towards the end but good to get back there.

Note

I started to try walking normally yesterday putting a little bit more pressure on calf and achillies while less on the crutches. Achillies a little sore today but nothing bad.
