I was only going to do 45 minutes but ended up finishing as the hamsring felt ok at a steady pace.
Missed 43 as the 4 was on a road so thought it was low scoring.
I did an Eoin and thought 7 was 17 due to the small road looking like a 1.
Should have gone across to 20 just after 18.
Happy with the run though and one of the better Street O's.

Things are looking better. The rhino horn is very small so a good possibility that shock treatment could work. 2-3 weeks of no exercise rather than surgery so will find out next weekk

2 times 200 fs and 50 kick. I could feel the hammy which is much better today on the kicking so didnt do the rest of the kick set.
200 pull
3 sets of 200 fs and 50 pull off 20. Mostly 3.15's so happy.
3 sets of 200 pull off 15 in 3.05's
2 x 25 fast
Good session.
