Plenty of hills on the way to Matlock to warm me up. This was tough at the top but not too bad.

Almost straight after but all good.

Hit the first part hard and eventually got on some feet. He then slowed before half way so I smashed myself to catch the next group.
Managed to get out just after Phil and within 30 seconds of some very good Tri swimmers.

Power is well down so I will re do the pedals again.

I forgot to change my inserts over and didn't even have an insole. Oops....
Went off well and smashed it for the first 2 laps but then my Achilles started to hurt on the last lap and I limped in dropping about a minute max.
2.12.30 overall time and 30th place.
Very happy with the swim today but I need to become a cyclist!!!
