Straight out after work on a dusty Bilsdaleish loop. Feeling a bit weary after the early climbs, especially on the interminable drags, but kept to it and felt like I was moving OK, though mainly when going downhill.

Core glutrd and hammys. Plenty of ball work on all leg aspects after phtsio apppintment. Everythings a vit sore from the weekend - maybe was a bit excessive.
Another week of similar training before I try to start going a bit more Fallas.
