Starting to feel Aok again so a rest day just to make sure. And also because I was at work longer than anticipated. Hopefully a big year coming up. The aim is to be consistent and enjoy it all.

Crunchy rather than muddy. Moving better than I flt. Reckon once I get all the refined sugar and cheese out of the way I'll start feeling better.

We had a good (for here) covering of snow yesterday, and I didn't want to go and play in it. Taking it as a sign i'm in need of a bit of a midwinter break - the last couple of months have been alright - before cracking on.
This morning I'd lost track of my last shower - the way you do after a few days off running - so though I might as well earn it ny strapping on some grip and sliding up and down the monument a few times.
