Long run around Baysdale and Gribdale. Around 40min decent effort at the begining, honest effort for the rest with a surge over the last hill. Beautiful day.
Double decker at 1h, then a gel every 30min. Feeling good over the last 2 hills.

Cleveland hills hills. Feeling quite good. Alti always has a 'mare when I drop to the very bottom of the hills. Missed out the climb of green bank to Lordstones today.

3 x (3x 1.45 hills) 2 min jog down recovery, 5 min jog between sets. Hills ~230 with ~50m climb, though suunto gps in woods is pretty shonky, barometric ascent should be good.
First session since June? Felt good and times consistent for first 2 sets. A few seconds slower on last. T shirt and shorts job.
