Over to Gizbra for some up'n'down action, then back south to incline foot.
Bit more mud than used to but getting the hang of it a bit more and only my wheels and feet came in contact with the ground this time.
Perked me up after a few days of feeling crap

Got my cleat clarted up so couldn't unclip with my favoured foot and fell off 3 times before I got the hang of it. The first 2 weren't too bad. The 3rd had an audience and was on gravel amd I didn't even "make the face".

Deltoid ligaments are the sore bits (most exercises have been targeting Post tib), though Dr. Google has me paranoid that I have Potts Fracture. However it doesn't hurt when I walk and pain is on the inside of the ankle, not the fibula base, which does somewhat ameliorate this worry.
I have no experience of ankle injuries as I have somehow managed 12 years running with only infrequent gentle rolls of them.

Jogged to the end of the drive and back on the verge. Outside of ankle fine, inside painful and needs a bit more work. Eased a bit when I got on my forefoot a bit more
