SLR with the NMH long run group. Marathon targets from 2:25-3h and distances covered from 13-20+ miles. Some of the London guys are already well into their 20 mile runs which strikes me as a bit premature, though it is time to get cracking on in this regard. Not exactly Ladybower big loop but good to tick the miles off with a group.

Generally feel OK but I'm not willing to risk a slightly wonky ankle on 5 miles in the Pentlands as I crank into marathon training so will sack off Saturday's Carnethy race - a shame as it was to be a first proper race in my new vest. The fells will have to wait until May!
