HBMR leg 4 with Nat. Well matched. I was ahead by a bit on the ups and we can get down quick enough. Time OK but nothing special. Wasn't feeling great today so doubt could have gone much quicker.

Went over Cofa Pike as hadn't refreshed lines.

Spent much of the last 2 days horizontal because a) I can b) doing anything else seemed like too much effort. Reminded myself how to run; next week will mainly comprise of moving house and reminding myself how to adult again.

Plenty of time on feet last 2 weeks but was it all too easy?
