No oomph, poor navigation, some suffering later on on the bit that should have suited me.

On the plus side legs seem to have come out of this weekend fairly unscathed.
Probably should have tried harder but couldn't get myself as up for racing as I managed last weekend. Hopefully I'll manage it next weekend.

Had a very slow plod around the legal bits of Up The Nab. Was joined by some very fresh lambs gamboling along with me at times which was nice - some were so fresh their mothers still had amniotic sacks attached.

ITW, quads achy and noticeably leaning back on the descent through the park.

Had intended to go to track tonight but this reduced throughout the day to run home and Eccy loop, run home only to nothing. I was suffering from multiple head-rushes during the day and whilst these disappeared into the afternoon I then started to feel dog tired.

Took my first antihistamine of the spring today as I try to get myself used to them again, so that may have something to do with the tiredness? Spent the day in undergrad labs which isn't too taxing (albeit a tad tedious).
