Again wondering at how a short bout of illness and a few days off makes you feel so unfit.

Pretty narked off that I didn't get to put the hills work I'd put in to good use on Saturday. I built up a good head of steam prior to BUCS and think i lost a bit of impetus in the last few weeks. Looking forward to getting it back!

Completely flattened by mega man-cold that came on during the drive home last night and was probably not held by going to the pub once back. It does at least explain Saturday's unwilling body.
