oooh. SPOOKed to buggery, up Loxley with Hobbs. Thought this would sort me out, but bacon butties afterwards did eventually.

Football up until the first chest slide. Then I took my watch off.
Another fine display of air-kicks, commedically miss-timed tackles before finishing with some misplaced enthusiasm and actually maybe doing something almost football-ish. Once. Fleetingly. Maybe.

Paired up with Neil after Oli left him hanging. OK through the first 2 loops but then died a bit on the last one. Did see Olly stack it though, so that's a win. 4th overall after I lost contact.

HFW with 6x500m ponderosa loop.
1:40, 40, 38, 36, 38, 39. Fairly long recoveries (1:50 at the end). Pushed on more than I would normally on my own but still room for improvement wrt this factor.
