Bike 25:00 [1] 8.2 km (19.7 kph) +30m
rhr:44 slept:9.5 weight:72.4kg

Out to Hayfield then back with a few pint in me after. Need to up my alcohol tolerance, it's suffered since May (despite want of trying), but maybe now isn't the time to start...

Running - Trail 50:31 [2] 8.71 km (5:48 / km) +288m 4:59 / km
ahr:150 max:182 shoes: Muclaw 333 (3)

Pennine Run. Up Elle Bank, over Dragon's Back, Peep O' Day (where John's dog nearly became fender ketchup), Big Stones, Foxholes and Phoside. A few paths I've not been on to the east of the Chinley Road. Nice relaxed trip out with about 20 of us.

Over Appletree and back thru High Lea and Torrs. Glad I'm marshalling tonight and not racing - either in Glossop or North Wales (as much as the Tryfan downhill dash excites me...)

Time for a few easy weeks off. Got a couple of niggles (left ankle and a knee which twinges every now and then) for which rest wouldn't hurt. Apart from a Pennine champs race next week it'll be an easy month or so before tuning up for the Fell Relays as a pre-cursor to winter training.
