Rivelin East, Mill Pond, Den Bank, Xpool. Was hoping to feel a bit perkier after yesterdays run, but last night's beer-shenanigans (probably) put paid to that and legs felt heavy. Started a bit quickly and after 16mins I had a stitch (first in aeons) so I calmed it down from then on.

A very easy short jog around and about. No pain from Achilles, although other muscles in left leg felt a bit heavy - pos. due to unconscious compensation. Humid out but was thinking through my plan for next Saturday.

Ache back a little (as expected) but not too bad. Some light jogs this weekend, get the legs used to running a bit before Tuesday and next weekend.

Achilles a bit sore on walking down to Uni. However I'm getting bored of sitting around (after only 2 days) so may try a punter tomorrow - although I do actually have some things to do not on my own time for once!
