Overslept by about a week this morning.
Legs felt a bit tired after yesterday but not too bad. Nice and easy, Bole Hill, Tunnel, Glen, Pond, Fields, Bell Hagg, Den Bank, Stables, Crookes. Need to swap these shoes for a 1/2size bigger my right big toe hits the end.

Was debating being a lazy arse, but having done that for a week I decided to break my stupor and go for a ride. Out over Stanage, down to Yorkshire Bridge, Up the west side of Derwent Vally and down the east, through Bamford, Hathersage and up to Fox house, Houndkirk Road and back down the Porter Brook and up the hill to home. Felt good (well, apart from my bum, but that could have been worse), and was going fast on the flats and maintaining a half descent pace up the hills. but my speedo decided to be dickey over Stanage, then gave up the ghost as I hit the Houndkirk road. Seems to be the connections more than the computer. Hence time is a bit of a guesstimation.
Hit 57kmh going through Bamford - which was breaking the speedlimit :D
