OK, so the good training week fell on its arse after 2 days, but just been too busy! Will ramp it up this week, hopefully.
Poptarts last night, stayed in bed until 5m today. That's about 4 hours on my previous 'record'

15,30,45,60,90,60,45,30,15 then back up and down
v. tough session, but felt like I put all I could into it. Had a bit of a slow one on the first 30secs of the 2nd set, but that was coz I burnt up the previous 15 secs. Had to walk on knees near the end of the second 90, but soon got going once I realised LauraD and Zanthe were behind me!

I must say, what kind of cunt has nothing better to do with his time than comment on this? Do others really want this individual to wade in with their 2-penneth? Does anyone on the internet really care? Do I look elite in that picture or what! haha
