Running - Road 33:33 [4] 4.6 mi (7:18 / mi) +60m 7:01 / mi
slept:8.0 shoes: Decathlon Kalenji Kapteren XT

To Hayfield on the Sett Valley Trail. Felt good on the way there with no stopping (16 mins), caught me breath for 5 mins then came back. Rested a bit at Birch as my lower right leg felt very tight. Apart from that, he rest of me felt good! Chest feels pretty much fine again.

slept:7.3 shoes: Decathlon Kalenji Kapteren XT

From house to trail, off at Birch, up Pennine Bridleway (crossing Stich Lane) to Lantern Pike. To the summit, down the other side, then back along the pennine birdleway, home along trail then up watford road. Did a lot of stopping and a bit of 'walking with purpose' - stopped clock for some of those bits - i.e. the long bits on the way up. Should probably just run through them, as I found I felt better doing that later on. Felt good for doing it, but not to great at times whilst doing it. More food needed? Few stretches at home, and a walk down town later to warm down a bit.

Note

Went for a walk up Lantern pike to keep the legs doing something, and to help shaun with his hangover...

Note

Went to see me Nan, came home and watched Shameless before seeing in the New Year with Jools's Hootenany as previous plans sort of went tits up
