I am very happy to report that I had the closest to a perfect race that I could ever imagine. My teammate David Prytherch and I got every checkpoint we attempted, had time left at the end to get two additional, made no major errors, didn't bonk, didn't get injured, didn't lose any gear, managed to do a decent amount of running. Every hard climb was rewarded with a cool breeze at the ridge line. I've done around 30 events like this and this is the first time I've ever gotten to write words like this.

We came in 1st in the 6-hour team division, ahead of all the solos as well. I didn't bring the map to my office but will add a description of our route later.

Minor overruns on 53 and 65; 60 and 64 were the extra checkpoints not in the original plan.
