Core exercises. 3rd chiropractor visit was today, and I continue to improve. I can walk at a full regular pace now.

Decided to reactivate the log.

Course vetting for the Billygoat. Woke up #1-16, including both #5s. Watched roughly the first half of the field pass #2, then woke up #18. The route from 2 to 18 is one of the tougher legs I've ever attempted. Then went to the aid station and watched the first half of the field again, in quite a different order.

Back hurt a lot for the first hour, then calmed down. I kept it really slow, though, probably slower than t-shirt-earning pace. I hope this was therapeutic. Now back to the pool and more chiropractor visits for the week ahead.
