Big mistake on #1, I was looking way early and a bit low and ended up going around a bunch until figuring out where to go. :((( but everything else went very well, except I went just a tiny bit past 10 but not very significant. Saw some other girls and that pushed me to keep a good pace.

Made the JWOC team though, so I'm happy :)
Now it's time to train for REALLY BIG hills...

I was mentally 5% there and physically 15% there. So basically really slow. After 2 controls, Anton, Essi, and I cut it short and walked the rest together. The three of us were subconsciously all navigating. So not a very productive training, but oh well.

I also normally have a rest day on Sunday, and since I run on my own Monday's and the workout is tomorrow I'm taking today off.
