Out before breakfast due to a busy day ahead. Lovely day, but my legs are sore in weird spots (yesterday's yard cleaning a factor, no doubt), my digestive track is rebelling, and I've been awake since 3am - in sum, I had nothing, so stopped after 2 loops. Had hoped to do a hill-repeat workout; there are at most half a dozen workout opportunities left prior to WMOC, so I'm bummed to miss one.

Shoveling leaves for 3 hours. Not exactly a workout, but definitely took a toll on my back, forearms and legs.

Front of house. Felt like I'd be ready to run, and I was. Started off faster than usual and kept it going. After two loops, decided to try to go under 38, and finished at 38:00:01. Would've been nice to have a faster time for the effort I put in, but this was good.
