the run from my house in Newton to the meet in Waltham. Thought it was going to be 5 miles, more like 7...and I have a nice cold

a 4.8 green course. Took me awhile. Just not moving fast with my stuffy head and tired legs.

the run home. We got lost in the beginning, and made the run about a half mile longer. My knees were killing me, and my hips were starting to hurt too. I was so grateful to see my house.

So this was 2830 minutes of jogging and then since we were running on one of those exercise trails, the rest of the time was what we spent doing all the fun crunches, sit ups, jumps, etc.

I didn't actually run today. I just didn't feel like it. I am feeling slightly guilty for not doing so. So to make myself feel better I am writing in my strength exercises, although I'm not giving myself any time, since I normally do not enter it at all. Only when I'm desperate. Maybe this will ease the guilt.
