AV XCR - Round 3 at St Anne's Winery in Bendigo. This was solid enough without being outstanding, feel like I'm getting a bit of fitness back so that's good. It was a pretty hilly course with some technical downhills which I enjoyed very much but some steep pinches which weren't so good!

12 Lap Wave - 3 x (400 on, 400 float, 2 x (200 on, 200 float)). Felt good, went a little conservative before XC on Sat. Enjoying not looking at my watch / pace in sessions at the moment.

4 x 1 mile (ish) with ~300m jog recovery. This went well! It felt really hard but in a good way (even though it was still slow) I felt capable of pushing it. Helped that I actually had a group to run with (I think they were only going tempo and I was dying but that's OK with me), made me motivated to go a bit harder. Very short warm up and down today as I was going to a show afterwards.

Training on The Blowmine map set by Dad. He set this for me last year but it was too wet to even get into the map. Good control picking but very slow going, steep and full of huge piles of fist-sized rocks. Nav a bit messy, had a little trouble reading the map with the "rocky ground" symbol over everything. 3 courses plus a little bit of track running.
