V short warm up, we did do drills and run throughs though.

4 x Cross Country intervals with the squad off 2 minutes. Decided to do this as I missed Thursdays session. Enjoyed this, it was slow but it hurt in that good cross country way. Reps were consistent.

Prolly TMI but today I had a gastroscopy & colonoscopy under general, trying to work out whether there's any reason why my gastrointestinal system is terrible. Wasn't allowed to eat after 1pm yesterday and also planned very poorly so that my last drink was at 10.30pm last night (wasn't allowed fluids within 2 hours). No immediate answers, have to wait for biopsies. Feeling generally very woozy for the rest of the day.

3 x 7min / 3min float. First 2 felt OK and the last one felt much harder and slower, but turns out actually 2 and 3 were a similar pace, both much slower than 1!

Plenty Gorge run. Really lovely, but misjudged a bit and ran 30min longer than I intended! Felt reasonably good though so that was nice! Such a lovely spot, I often think "oh no not Plenty Gorge again" but it's actually so nice and I'm lucky to have it so close.
