2km in the morning, no probs even with slopes. 2km to/from physio in the evening, no probs Massage, taping & more exercises, can start building the walking.
Greatly improved foot flexion generally though there’s still 5cm difference in ankle mobility between sides. Only pain now is when I inadvertently jar it on something.

A few shin grumbles over the weekend due to being on my feet longer and not having regular icing, but ok today so gave the legs a spin on the bike and that seemed ok too, really didn’t like twisting when trying to unclip though so that was good to discover while stationary rather than on a real bike.
