Callan Park Sprint - wasn't particularly up for this as I knew legs wouldn't have any zip, and so it proved, took a while to get my head into it too but a straightforward course & knowing the area pretty well meant such sloppiness didn't cost me much.

A few hesitations and little drops of time in the circle, generally from not reading descriptions/getting a picture but direction and flow were pretty good. Probably dropped around 5s on 7 (overshot), 9 (hesitant), 13 (looking at wall corner) & 16 (looking on wrong veg block).

Would be surprised if I won a single split over the course, and was quite amazed to come out on top (although plenty of other folk had far more weekend km in their legs than I).

Easy cruise round the hash with a fair bit of stretching, legs feeling ok and sore feet not noticeable.

Legs feeling surprisingly sprightly on the bike, not so when standing & walking from sitting any length of time.
