HIGHLANDER X.(partial) Not enough rest the night before.Missed the fork in the trail going to #1 and than lost track of the streamers on the trail run and accumulated ~ 13 mins defficit and droped the enrgy level by running ~ 2,5 km. extra plus some unnecessary bushwacking.On top of all that I whacked my shin just above the ankle pretty bad and probably smashed something that was close to the bone because it was a lot of pain and did not go away unless I was completly at rest, so I had to strugle walking back to the last transition area and got a ride back to the finish
