SOL at Ardchattan, Short Brown. Wild wet windy.

Intended to try hard but HUGE mistake to #1 with multiple mis-relocation meant 10mins lost there and pretty freezing cold by the time I had sorted it out.

Trotted round okay from there (heartrate trace tells the tale), comedy few mins lost to the penultimate when "wander straight" was not too effective given the gorse and rocky stream-in-spate I had to find a way through.

Suitably far down.....

11-Person relay, Ganavan, Light Green Leg 4.
Ran pretty steadily with a couple of minor hesitations/wobbles.

FVO victory pretty much by default - this competition needs some help to re-establish itself. This is not currently helped by having a well-intended 8-Person race which diverts clubs away from fielding teams on the top course.

Nice steady run with the posse from Ross and Fi's pad.
Happy to trot along at the back.
Tasty soup and cake after. Need to make sure we get some regular soup runs going!

Major error answering phone at work just as I was leaving.....available run time massively reduced....
Just time to do a 10min warm up then 20 x 30/30 at good cadence, then jog the last little bit back home.
Decent little session in the end.

Classic 6x3mins on/1min off session to-and-fro alongside the uni loch with Rosco.
4:00-4:07/km for the ones with the mini climb, 3:42-3:51/km for the vaguely downhill ones the other way.
Hamstring still niggling away but not getting any worse during the session.
