3*6*50kg back squat (felt it on the last set)
calf raises
dips, chins, press ups 12*4
SB rollouts and reverse hypers 3*12
bit of massage

plan was to revise all day but got bored/pissed off very quickly so went to the gym.
10 mins warm up on bike
4*5 mins on quite a high intensity with 2 mins recovery. legs were burning half way through each rep so was working quite hard
5 mins warm down
then a few weights and core

calf feeling a lot better but that may be because I've not done much running recently....

then 2 mins hard, 1 min off * 10.
5 mins warm down
+ a few weights and core

right knee hurting a little :S

Note

right knee has become more painful this evening. hurts to squat down doing physio exercises. completely different pain to the last knee problem; feels like something pulling away from the kneecap. got stacks of work to do so hopefully a few days rest should sort it
