Orienteering 1:51:36 [3] 9.1 km (12:16 / km)

Barebones Classic. Bad run, probably a mixture of tiredness and lack of preparation (baby sitting). A couple of early mistakes caused by misreading the terrain set the tone for the event. A mispunch in the middle didn't help, but the second half was generally much better. I need to practice technique on longer legs. Too much focus on sprints recently.

Good run. A couple of minor mistakes at the beginning, but felt good overtaking quite a few of the National Team (women) competitors. Unfortunately mispunched second to last control.

Second sprint. Good run spoilt by one control. Doh!

First Barebones sprint. Won category, but probably at least 3 minutes of mistakes.
