Orienteering 1:30:00 [3]

More controlling for the JHI relays at Ardnaskie. Really exciting racing as Scotland overturned a 6 point deficit to pip the English by 2 points. I maintained an air of controllerly objectivity.

Knackered.

Controlling duties for the JHIs at Creag Mhic. Checking before and collecting after. Missed Ms 18 and 16 had the same first 6 controls, probably due to tinkering, but apart from that all good.

Intervals at the uni, 5x3/1 to ease myself back into it. Lovely night for it and got the usual sort of distance. Lots of Central out, Achilles wee bit sore after.
