Well, it's official. I'm past it. A disappointing 11th and 3 minutes down on Grump. No solace in major misses or epic hill races this time. Not even in the horrific conditions I "competed" in; at download I was 4th out of 8!

Good fun course, but struggled in the outrageous downpour; tentative round corners, tricky to read map, no acceleration, shoes too comfy for racing and too big for steps...

Fun course, bit slippy, not fully certain how grippy these newish trainers are. Solid run, no major issues.

Hahahaha HA! Comedy hour with Ridiculous Rosco and the Floundering FVOers. What a joke! It's no laughing matter.

Horrific performance, absolutely all over the shop. Very distracted by others. Amongst other issues. Frankly unable to believe the extreme sloppiness of the whole affair.

Need to recall that wise mantra of my youth, my yesteryear, those dark days of yore: "You, young padawan, are in control, in control of one thing, one thing only; you are in control of Your race, your race Alone, no others, not a one." (This may have been slightly embellished over the years.)

Great fun of course. And very yummy tea after.
